*Rates are billed hourly or at a flat fee. Rates do not include furniture rental, storage containers, boxes, staging materials or any additional items needed to complete a job. (customer is responsible for all addtional items)
- Staging, decluttering, and exterior curb appeal
$300.00 is the average flat fee for a day ( 1/2 day mininum)- Concierge and errand services
$25.00 per hour is the average fee ( two hour mininum)- Consults for staging and decluttering
$75.00 per home visit, written plan is providedRealtors - Special offer for your clients - If you are trying to market a property that needs some extra attention but do not want to addresse these issues we can help. Complimentary staging consult for your clients and we will do the rest.
